What’s the matter if the walking roller doesn’t vibrate?
The vibration system of the walking roller is very important. If there is a problem with the vibration system of the walking roller, it will seriously affect the construction effect.
First of all, we analyze the reason why the walking roller does not vibrate. The road roller mainly adopts the mode of vibration, and the vibration mode includes two mechanical modes of electromagnetic clutch and block vibration. These two modes mainly cause the vibration caused by the eccentric driving of the gasoline engine by the block on the road roller. Therefore, once there is a failure that the vibratory roller does not vibrate, it is likely that there is a problem with the shaft supporting the throwing block. This kind of problem is mainly caused by careless welding, so simple repairs will do. . In addition, there may be a failure of the electromagnetic clutch or a problem with the oil line of the roller, which leads to the failure of the roller.
